How do benefits and reimbursement decisions work?
We interpret benefits details from what patients share and plan documents when available, then match based on service needs and fit. Insurers make the final reimbursement decision.
What information do you share about patients?
We share only what’s needed to coordinate matching, booking, and intake. Privacy details are available in our Privacy Policy.
How do you verify a completed initial appointment?
We confirm completion through a combination of clinic confirmation and patient follow-up as part of operational verification.
What if a patient cancels or doesn’t show?
You are not charged for cancellations or no-shows. We only charge after the completed initial appointment.
Do patients always have benefits coverage?
Our primary focus is patients with benefits coverage, but we can also support cash-pay patients. Matching is based on service needs and fit.
Which areas do you serve?
Currently Ontario, with priority focus on the GTA and surrounding cities. Your clinic’s service area and patient travel preferences are considered during matching.
